Wanfeng celebrates International Women’s Day with splendid events

Ms. Chen Ailian, the founder of Wanfeng, signed the "Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs)" On March 8. Together with UN Women and 2800+ companies worldwide, we are committed to equal pay for equal work, women interests and rights protection, self-improvement, and leading all female employees to create a better life!

To show the considerable care and love from the Group to the vast number of female employees, Wanfeng Women’s Federation organized various activities to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of female employees in themes of "Quality, Health and Happiness ". These events aimed to improve team cohesion, promote happy work and happy life, and advocate “love the country, love the enterprise, and love the family.”

Wanfeng’s overseas subsidiaries also held various celebrations such as flower arrangement, cooking competitions, family movies, etc. to inspire female employees’ cohesion and invigorate their spirit.

With the theme of "Inheriting and Cultivating Good Family Traits”, company organized female employees to watch “Hi, Mom” movie.

Health Theme

Do what you love, love what you do. Wanfeng’s Women's Federation also organized thorough health checkups for all female employees.
