Recently, the three-phase
asynchronous motor project, jointly developed by Wanfeng Aowei and Wolong
Electric Group, successfully passed the type test.
In December last year,
Wanfeng Aowei and Wolong signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two
parties agreed to carry out in-depth cooperation in electric aviation motors
and drives, and motor lightweighting, and jointly promote the development and
marketing of aviation motors and magnesium alloy housings.
The three-phase
asynchronous motor project is one of the major topics jointly studied by both
parties. The motor incorporates the latest technologies such as magnesium alloy
motor housing lightweight optimization, magnesium anti-corrosion application, and
fatigue performance. The housing is 30% lighter than traditional aluminum alloy
motors and motor power density can be increased by more than 5%.
The three-phase
asynchronous motor project successfully passed the type test, marking a major
technological breakthrough between the two parties in the field of motor
research and development.
In the future, Wanfeng Aowei will deepen cooperation with Wolong, fully integrate resources, continue to innovate, and develop higher-performance motors, enhancing the market competitiveness of both parties.
